Double Room Near Honda & Nationwide

As the home owner I am looking for someone to rent my spare double room. The two bedroom house is only 5 years old so still very new and in a quiet cul de sac.

The house is fully furnished, with a small deposit required and is very close to Honda and within easy commuting distance to the hospital and Nationwide. The house is only a 10 minute drive or 30 minutes’ walk from the Train Station, Town Centre and Old Town and is close to bus stops.

The house has two dedicated parking spaces (one for me and one for you) and there are dedicated visitor spaces very close to the house.

**The Bedroom**
The bedroom being rented out is a good sized bedroom with a double bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. There are plenty of storage spaces for people with lots to bring and the window overlooks the back garden.

**Bills and Amenities**
All bills are included and this includes the internet and Sky TV. The house also has a washing machine & tumble dryer which you are free to use, as well as a reasonably sized television.

**Communal Areas**
The upstairs bathroom is shared by the home owner and tenant. It is cleaned on a weekly basis and has bath and shower facilities. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen has a washing machine and tumble dryer (free to use), large fridge freezer which will be shared between the home owner and tenant, microwave, oven & cooker, toaster and kettle. There also plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and mugs, as well as cooking utensils.

In the living room there is a 3 person sofa, rocking chair, extendable dining room table, medium sized cupboard to share and a nest of tables.

There is also a reasonably sized garden for anybody who enjoys gardening.

**Live in Home Owner**
I am a working professional who socialises with people of a similar age. I have had tenants in the past of varying ages, ethnicities and cultures, so nothing fazes me in that sense. I have two very friendly cats so anybody interested in renting this double room will probably need to enjoy the company of pets.
