Lovely double room overlooking Trowbridge park

Grade 2 listed building with character. Large modern double room with double bed, desk and chair, chests of drawers. Peaceful location overlooking Trowbridge park. Modern shared bathroom (I tend to mainly use my en-suite) with shower and bath. Dishwasher and fast broadband included. My partner comes over some weekends and she has a boy aged 8 so I’d like to include her in any decision. We’re easy going people although I am a little private. Parking space. Rear garden should be done for the summer but large private area at the front. Although advertised as 7 days a week I’d also consider M-F if someone is looking for that with an appropriate adjustment in rent. I have a small dog. He’s friendly but once he’s greeted you he’s quiet. Room is on the 3rd floor where in the main the other room on that floor will be empty (partners son). The bathroom facilities are on the second floor along side a washing machine and dryer. A few minutes walk to town centre and within walking distance of train station.
