There is not allocated parking, but street parking is available and there is also 1x space behind the house.

Current occupants - 1 male and 1 female (couple) and 1 small dog.

Looking for someone who is nice and friendly. Must be clean, tidy and respectful our house and belongings.
A professional is preferred, but open to students.

Room is £500 a month - all bills included.
