Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with plenty of on-street parking. We have local shops nearby, and the centre of Warminster is only a 7-minute drive away. You can also catch a No. 50 bus from the nearby stop, with buses running approximately every 30 minutes.

We're looking for a quiet and respectful lodger who will fit in well with our family. Ideally, we'd like someone who is employed full-time and will stay for at least six months. We ask that you do not smoke or vape, and also that you are not too noisy. If you love pets, you'll be happy to know that we have a small, very friendly cockapoo.

To apply for the room, we require a signed contract, reference check, proof of employment, and a valid ID. We kindly ask for two items of formal identification, such as a passport or driving license. Two written references are also necessary, preferably from a past or current employer. If this isn't possible, we'll accept a good character reference from someone who knows you well and can vouch for your character and general attitude. Please ensure that all written references include a phone number where the referees can be contacted and followed up.
