Hi. I have an attic room to let or the other room is slightly larger and can easily home a desk or sofa and has a small balcony and independent entrance to the house. I’m very flexible and the room choice would be down to the needs of the new lodger.
I’m easy going, and spend little time at home as normally off surfing or doing other activities. I live with a Pyrenean mountain dog called Gus who is also super mellow but anyone applying should be happy with dogs although he has converted many non-dog lovers with his charm.
I’m not looking for any party animals and I would like someone who is respectful of my home.
The house is a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and 5 mins to the high street.
