Large Furnished Single Room To Let In Warminster

I would prefer a Short Term Let but will consider a long term let. I am open to full week lodging or Monday to Friday.
I have a large Single room available, with a very pleasing outlook to the back of the property, fully furnished with a single bed with storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a chair, folding table and WiFi
Shared large bathroom with WC, wash hand basin, bath with Power Shower over, downstairs WC, Kitchen with small utility room off, Lounge Room, Dining room, Conservatory and unlimited Broadband. There is also a tidy and sunny garden with patio available to use. There is on road parking and I do have off road parking for one car.
I am an owner occupier and my house is quietly situated on the Western outskirts of Warminster, not far from open country but within a 5 / 10 minute walk of local convenience stores. Warminster Town is one mile distant, served by a local bus or an easy 20 minute walk. There is a mainline train station serving the bigger cities, a regular bus service to Salisbury and Bath and also a daily Super-Fast coach service to London.
About me: I am a young at heart 63 year old, work a little more than part time, active and a non smoker. I am a very relaxed, sociable person but I am also aware of the need for giving people their own space. I keep a very clean and tidy non smoking and pet free home.
