Double room to rent in dog friendly home

I'm looking for a lovely housemate to join me in my new home that I have recently purchased in Westbury. I'm 26 and work in Bristol with occasional flexible working from home. It's currently just me and my Greyhound Jack. I'd love to welcome a new friend and someone that loves dogs into our home with us.

The room currently has a single bed in which would be moved for a new housemate but you would be welcome to use the bed if needed. The room would fit a double bed, small wardrobe and chest of drawers. It would suit someone without lots of belongings :)

The kitchen was refitted only a few years back and has an integrated dishwasher and freestanding washer dryer, microwave, fan oven, toaster and kettle.

The shared living room has a smart 43 inch TV with Netflix and broadband included. Two seater sofa and a separate single swivel chair with foot stool.

There are three toilets, a downstairs toilet, main bathroom and small ensuite to my bedroom. You would have use of the main bathroom and downstairs toilet.

The garden is fully enclosed with a decent sized shed for storage.

There are two parking spaces behind the property off road but you can normally get a parking space directly out the front of the house.

I try and keep my place as clean and tidy as possible with a dog and I like to keep a nice home. I'm looking for a housemate that tidies after themselves and respects it as it will be your home too.
