The property consists of an open plan living/dining room with a kitchen off this. The kitchen is fully equipped with large American fridge freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave.
There is a boot room with a cloakroom/toilet off the Kitchen via a step down.
The hall to the bedrooms from the kitchen has single steps to each bedroom and consists of the following:
1st Bedroom: 2 Single Beds
2nd Bedroom: Double Bed
Master Bedroom: Super king bed with ensuite shower room and double basin, toilet.
There is a family bathroom which consists of a large shower, toilet and basin.
Linen and Towels will be provided at beginning of let and fresh laundry can be supplied for a small fee to cover cost. There is a washing machine and a drying rack, but no tumble dryer.
Underfloor heating throughout the property using a sustainable green energy ground source heat pump that heats the house and the hot water.
There is also a useable open fireplace and wood can be provided for a small fee.
Outside there is a private patio and fish pond. This property is some 100 metres from our main house and you are completely surrounded in the grounds of the property. Use of the lawn area in front of the pond and the grounds is allowed. Walking tracks right from the front door. Parking for a number of cars.
Rate included all bills/council tax.
There is potential to extend the booking further and I am happy to discuss options.
