I'm looking to rent out one of my spare rooms in Westbury. The house is on an old council estate with a convenience shop very close. I have two dogs one of which can be boisterous and yes gets on the sofa so you would have to be ok with this! There is a garden, usual amenities like WiFi etc, all bills are included. Own bathroom. No TV in the room currently but happy to get one put in. Would suite someone quiet.
