Double room in a three-bed townhouse

The garden

Double room available in a modern, three-bed townhouse in Wilton. The room is furnished with a double bed, side tables, wardrobe and cabinet and looks out onto the garden. There isn't a desk so I'd say it isn't really suited to working from home. Seven days a week but Monday-Friday also considered.

The house is on a new development on the Salisbury side of Wilton, with a quiet access road running through it. Buses run regularly into Salisbury (15 mins) from the nearby road and Wilton has all the basics (pubs - good ones at that, coop, bakers, etc.). It's an easy commute into Salisbury or up to Dstl Porton Down and HSA.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and utility room (with washing machine and tumble drier). Much of the house has been recently redecorated. Outside, there is a simple garden and a shed with storage for bikes.

All bills included (utilities, internet, tv) and allocated parking. There is also plenty of visitor parking available on the road.

Minimum term of three months and a months rent will be held as a security deposit

I'm hoping to find a lodger of a similar-ish age and professional background who I can get along with. Have a look at my hobbies too. I also spend a fair amount of my time at my partner's house in Winchester and I'm away a lot of weekends so you'll get the place to yourself a fair bit.
