King Sized En-Suite Bedroom

The house is a new build and very clean and tidy.

I would like to invite a lodger to rent a room, my house is a 4 Bedroom, 4 Story house and you will have one whole floor to yourself. You will have a bedroom with a en-suite, there is also another separate bathroom and bedroom should you wish to utilise that for anything.

The bedroom has built in wardrobes, with a king sized bed and memory foam mattress.

The house has all mod cons with Sky Q TV which you can have in your room if you like (extra cost) and Super Fast Fibre Broadband.

Kitchen is all new with gas job, oven, large fridge freezer.

There is another large fridge freezer in the garage too.

There is a large garage for storage, separate utility room with washing machine, two separate living rooms with large flat screen TVs. One is a living room diner with table and chairs and two sofas and the other is large snug with big sofa.

There is a lovely balcony with double doors opening to it from one of the living rooms, with a BBQ for when the suns out, plus a garden although the garden does need sorting out and isn’t much use at the moment.

I am a 40 year old professional and my partner is 33 and works for the NHS. We are both social and friendly, hoping to find a clean, kind and considerate housemate.
