Fully furnished room available in a quiet cul-de-sac in the sought after Aston Fields district in Bromsgrove - within a stone's throw from the Railway Station and other amenities; yet sheltered from the hustle and bustle of main roads.

The room itself is equipped with king size bed and fitted wardrobes (you may want to bring your own TV). The house is equipped with unlimited broadband, and has a washing machine you are welcome to use. My drive has space for 2 small cars - alternatively - there is space to park around the cul-de-sac.

There is no real living room per se - but the main kitchen dining room is the centre of all activity in the house and is where I eat, cook, work, watch TV... spend most of my time when in the house. There is a digital piano available for guests to use if so inclined. I don't mind giving some lessons as long as you treat it kindly!

Looking for a friendly, responsible and quiet guest - ideally Mon to Fris only (negotiable price). You can be as social or as 'hibernate in your room' as you like - I am laid back but encourage you to treat it like your own home and value common respect. For tenants renting less than 2 months, I charge £450 per month.

Please note I have a small, elderly and friendly Lowchen terrier.
