Clean double, quiet, possible home office, quiet

Intro:
I'm looking for 1 or 2 housemates. COVID or not, it's hard to not to feel bad when you have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to yourself. Plus I realise I maybe slowly going insane...

About the House:
It's a spacious house in a quiet area, with plenty of outdoor space. All bills include internet, gas, electricity, council tax.
Genuine key workers given priority, as I feel I should my bit, there's some flex on price for you guys :) PM me to chat about it.

Room on the drive for a car, house is on a private road so you can choose to park there instead for a quick getaway. This house has 300Mbps broadband, so Netflix and Internet are excellent.

I am 5 minutes off the M5, there's an hourly train that gets you into Birmingham New Street in around 35 minutes. Driving to Worcester takes 15 minutes, Birmingham about 45 minutes, Bristol just over 60 minutes.

It's a civilised rather than a party house, with the odd dinner party.

About what you're Renting
For your money, you get a double room with use of family bathroom (pictured), plenty of in-room storage space or garage for bikes etc. And first dibs on use of barbeque (if we ever get the weather for it). As a bonus, as there are so many spare rooms you have the option of having own home office or inviting your mates to stay round occasionally.

Shared living room, kitchen & cooking facilities. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped is perfect for dinner parties.

Monday-Friday lets also considered at lower price (we can negotiate).

About me:
I'm very easy-going. I'm also one of these disgusting people that's into the gym, health & fitness, if you don't feel healthier from living here then I will have 100% failed you! Always up for a run or a trip to the climbing gym. Also enjoy sharing a quiet Brewdog or glass of Chianti, random kdramas, Marvel fan..

I working from home at the moment because of the pandemic, but I there's plenty of space if you're in the same situation. Noting that if you want to also work from home everyday I'll have to charge you a touch extra for the gas, electric and extra fridge space.
