Hi there I currently run a 2 bed flat in the centre of Evesham overlooking the river. I'm looking for £500 per calendar month this includes all bills including internet, and access to the private garden which is on the riverbank. The flat is located in the town centre so it's closed to all the shops as well. I am a care worker so I spend a lot of the time out of the flat and every other weekend I go away so on some weekends I won't be there . I'm generally quiet and keep to myself most of the time.
In terms of time frames I'm looking to get somebody in within a month. But my previous flatmate is moving out on the 10th so I'll leave a little bit of time to get the place sorted before I can get someone in so if you are interested please get back to me asap and we can arrange meeting and viewing.
