The area is quiet and well serviced. Good access to the main roads. About two miles from the Evesham train station on the other side of Evesham. Very close to Vale Park so convenient for people working there. People working at Campden BRI have also lived here before as a convenient location.
Looking for a clean, tidy and considerate house mate to take one of the available rooms. The existing house mates are nice, happy, friendly people and are good to share with.
All bills are included. It might go without saying for some but it's worth being aware up front, there would be an expectation on reasonable energy usage. The reasons for including this can happily be discussed with examples of the types of problems there have been in the past. The household is ideally suited to anyone that is environmentally aware and conscious.
There is a house hold Netflix account and an Amazon Prime account which can be used for watching TV.
