Only 4 minutes drive to the town centre and train station and even closer to Kidderminster Hospital, this peaceful, three bedroom house has an excellent bus service with a park and shops within easy walking distance.
There is a great pub closeby that serves very tasty food and cocktails!
Easy access to Worcester, Bewdley, Stourport, Halesowen, Bromsgrove and Birmingham.

All bills and Wi-Fi are included along with use of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom (with a lock) south facing garden and even a gym!
A quiet house with a quiet housemate :)
12yo daughter stays alternate weekends so female housemates preferred.
Furnished with large single day bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside table and desk/ dressing table:)
