A large bedroom with en suite shower room is available at the rear of a four bedroomed house with a peaceful gardens aspect. The house is located in a tree lined avenue on the Bromsgrove side of Kidderminster within a 10 minute walk of both bus and rail services on the London Midland line to Birmingham / Worcester, supermarkets, an array of small shops including pubs, restaurants and hot food takeaways. Frontage off-street parking is available off a double entrance drive giving independent access at all times to a parking space.

The bedroom has a king sized bed with under bed storage drawers, large fitted wardrobes, 3 draw units. There is a smart television on a wall mounting brackets, wifi and cat 5 hard wired internet connections and a ceiling fan.

The en suite includes a deluge shower, ceiling extractor, shaver point and an array of glass shelves.

I’m looking for another male to share lounge, kitchen and utility (washer, dryer, dishwasher, and your own fridge freezer) taking turns to clean the communal areas. You will have access to the rear garden and bike/golf club storage in the garage.

The house would suit a single non smoking professional male initially for a period of two months that may be extended, a deposit £400 and a notice period of one month. All current bills, including council tax, are included in the rent which will be reviewed should the bills increase.
