Large comfortable room in shared house

Large furnished room £500 pcm all in (all bills). Double bed, gas central heating, off-road parking, 'superfast' wireless broadband, TV license etc all included in rent. Shower/bath and kitchen (washing machine, freezer, fridge, gas hob, fan oven, microwave etc.) shared with me (house-owner), though I am only there 1 week a month. I think i'm fairly easy to get on with. I've been sharing with lodgers/tenants most of my life. But finding someone who is stress and drama-free has become more important to me than the rent, so i am quite fussy about who i have in! Current lodger is leaving, after approx. 1 year. You can talk to him by phone if you like!
I spend most of my time at my girlfriend's house in Cornwall, but i come back to Malvern regularly to visit family.
End-of-terrace house, quiet street, small sunny garden, shed for bikes, kataks etc.
5 mins walk from Malvern Link train station, Malvern Hills and Worcestershire Way.
French bakery and convenience store around the corner. Strictly non-smoking indoors (outdoors ok). No pets. Occasional children ok. Please note this is a recycling/green energy house. One month's rent in advance + £500 returnable deposit. Age 25+ only.
