Bright, sunny, beautifully furnished room with lots of storage available for a young employed professional. No couples, no pets.

Looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who loves cats. Bruiser is the king of the household and won’t live with other pets.

It’s a lovely, well kept Victorian home with all mod cons, in a lovely quiet road. It has an authentic French bakery, newsagents, corner shop, and is quite close to Malvern Link train station and only 5 mins drive / 20 minutes walk to Great Malvern. Only 5 mins walk to some footpaths through the orchards and only 10 mins to the hills, which I love.

There’s a living/dining room with log fire leading to the kitchen and I have my own private living room at the front of the house.

I’m divorced, young at heart and enjoy having lodgers. It’s a quiet, relaxed place where you can feel at home. I work from home a few days a week.

My other lodger Betty age 26 is lovely, creative and loves baking. Alice, who just moved out, loved it here so much she stayed for 4 years so hopefully that’s a good sign!

Malvern is such a friendly place with lots going on, happy to tell you more if you don’t know the area.

I’m looking for the right person who I feel will be a good fit and bring positive energy to the household.
