Double room in clean, warm and quiet apartment

I’m looking for a lodger and I’d consider short term, long term or Mon-Fri so the price listed is negotiable depending on interest.

Room is a small double and can come part furnished/ empty. Mon-Fri lodgers would be priced differently. Deposit is one months’ rent in advance.

This is my home so I’m looking for someone I can get along with more than anything.
I’ve done lots of house shares in the past and I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I’m a university lecturer and I work from home some days.

I’d like you to feel at home. Kitchen is well equipped with high quality kit, all of which is almost brand new: washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, Onepot, blender, Nespresso machine etc plus there’s plenty of storage space in the cupboards.

This is a really nice estate in Malvern in an apartment block with friendly but quiet neighbours. There’s a Sainsbury’s local 1 min walk away, plenty of car parking and it’s easy to get onto the main commuter roads, whichever direction you need to travel. You can also see the Malvern hills from the living room.
