Room to rent in family home

My name is Rachel,
Having recently come out of a divorce I need to rent a room in my home, I live here with my youngest daughter who is 21. The room is potentially one of two that I will rent out. They will both share a bathroom downstairs and also have their own lounge and a home office, they will have access to the kitchen, obviously.
I work full time myself as does my daughter, and we have a dog named Wilf , a cockapoo who is extremely soft and well natured.
I feel this would really suit either somebody who is working in Malvern during the week and maybe even goes home at weekends or maybe someone who is looking for somewhere for a few months maybe while they move house.
The room is available from 15th November 2024.
