Room to rent for a professional person

Hi Spareroom!

I've redone my advert as I don't think it made clear what I am looking for.

I have a room to rent as follows:

-All bills included. That's heating, electric, internet, TV licence, council tax, water.
-Own bathroom, including sink, bath and toilet. Shower is in the ensuite off my room, but I'll sort something out in the main bathroom.
-Built in wardrobe
-Super fast broadband - up to 300mbs! I pay for 50mpbs but I can chat about buying the faster one if needs be.
- Village location.
- New build property
- Fully furnished. Kitchen appliances include washer dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, george forman grill, dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle
- Double bed
- Full use of the house and both gardens
- Shared use of the garage. You won't be able to put your car in there but there is space for a motorbike.
- Off road parking for one/two cars. Plenty of safe on road parking.
- Easy access to the commuting cities, Worcester, Gloucester, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Oxford. I work in Gloucester

I am looking for a professional person who wants to communicate as much or as little as they like.

I am going to be staying away with work 5 days out of 7 from about October. I am waiting for the start date, This is the reason behind the room rate, you will have the house to yourself the majority of the time from then!

I am flexible with the deposit, talk to me and we can work something out.
