Shared use of bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, dining room, lounge, sitting room, patio/terrace, garden (grow veggies if you want!). Use of washing machine, dryer if required.

Many local amenities nearby. Doctors butchers, delicatessen, store, tennis and cricket club, church and public houses. Historical area mixing country, nature with convenience, with easy access to M5 and road networks.

Looking for a respectful, pleasant person, easy to get on with when paths cross. Prefer a non-smoker if possible. Having worked away myself I understand the challenges of suitcase living.
