Double Room for professional only

I have a furnished double room available beginning of May with all bills included. I have a good sized garden and close to all amenities in town. I am close to the train station and have a good bus route. Unfortunately, there is only on-road parking available but that is never a problem and is on a quiet road.

Due to the nature of my job, I am out at all hours of the day due to erratic start and finish times and work long hours during the week. So, I would need my home to be calm throughout the week.

I am looking to share with someone who is pretty chilled, respectful, tidy, honest and most of all trustworthy.

Please note, I do have an incredibly friendly little dog.

I have a small additional spare room that could be yours to use depending on use.
I will consider someone who has a pet depending on what it is or if it's a dog, they get on with mine. There would be a slight price increase due to this but this can be discussed.

Please note, I am only considering pets that you already own, not what you would like to get.
