The second room does not have an ensuite, but is a much larger double room and overlooks the front of the house. This room was also recently decorated (grey) and has a recent grey carpet. The room has a double bed, fitted double wardrobes, bedside tables and a drawer unit. The tenant of this room will share a quality bathroom with one or two other people. This bathroom has a power shower, bath and toilet.

Both rooms are double glazed, with gas central heating.

This house is a large semi-detached five-bedroom house with large front and rear gardens and good off road parking. Along with the room, you would have shared use of a large kitchen/garden room, with all the usual kitchen appliances, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV etc. You would have dedicated storage space in the kitchen plan shared use of fridge and freezer. You would have shared access to the gardens.
