The living room, kitchen, garden, 1st floor balcony are all communal areas and the whole ground and 1st floor will be accessible to the tenant. We have a 55" 4K TV with Netflix and Prime. There is also a table available for use as a working area if required. Washer-Dryer also available in the utility room. There is a cloak/shoe room at the entrance.

There is gated parking and loads of on-road parking. The detached house is in a very quiet and pleasant close which is well maintained. The tenant will also have access to a gym (converted garage).

We have a family of 3 Maine-Coon-X in the house, so please consider this if there is any cat allergy.
