1 double in a shared house

hello,

I now have 1 double room in a 3 bed house available from late Nov.

the house is close to town centre, train station, bus stop, supermaket and all other shops.

rent is 350 pounds per month including all bills ( council tax, broadband, water, gas & electricity, Netflix). This room is Not an ensuit but it has sole access to the bathroom downstairs as the other 2 rooms are both ensuit)

Room is fully furnished, has the following furniture
- double bed
- bedside table
- chest draws
- wardrobe
- desk and chair
