Lovely double bedroom in a newly built home in South Littleton.

The room has lots of storage- a dressing table with stool that could be used as a desk/workspace , a large chest of drawers, under bed storage and a wardrobe with 2 drawers at the bottom. There is a tv point in the room and further storage is available if required.

The room comes with a family bathroom next door- with toilet, bath, over tub shower and heated towel rail. You will have completely private use of this bathroom as I have an en-suite in my bedroom.

The rent includes all bills including super fast fibre. You’ll also have a car parking space on the drive at the front of the house.

There is a front and back garden, downstairs toilet, spacious living room with a 2 seater , 3 seater sofa, and large armchair. There is Netflix and Amazon prime on the downstairs tv. The house has a generously sized kitchen diner with French doors leading to the back garden. There is a new dishwasher and washing machine, electric oven with gas hob, microwave and large 6 seater dining table.

I work part time as a Veterinary Nurse and part time from home as an artist. I have a very affectionate rescued Collie Cross called Willow, who lives here with me and comes to work with me. I’m afraid I can’t offer the room to anyone with pets for this reason, and I'm looking for a female housemate only due to the fact that the dog is very fearful of men.

This is my first home, and I’ve been here for just under 2 and a half years. I’m looking to find someone who will be respectful of the space. I’m an easy going person hoping to find a similar housemate.

The house is about 2 minute drive from the local shop & post office and about the same to a larger co-op store which is open until 10pm every day. The nearest large supermarkets are less than 15 minute drive away.
