We are looking for 1
professional tenant who will fit in with our existing tenants. It is a quiet and respectful household, not really suited to a younger person on the social scene or people who have visiting children. Also ideal for mature students who want a quiet and clean house. Smoking forbidden in rooms/house but allowed outside. We are looking for someone preferably on day time shifts so as not to disturb the household.
We have just renovated/extended our longstanding HMO. We now have the following room available :-
Room 7 - Small double furnished room for single occupancy with own ensuite shower roo,. Small double bed, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe, desk/chair and chest of drawers.
£475/pcm, all inclusive.

All rooms are over 10 square metres floor area, and are nicely furnished. All have wardrobes, chairs, drawer units etc. We will also supply more furniture to suit the tenants' individual requirements. All bills are included.
There is a fully equipped brand new double kitchen, having 2 sinks, 2 cookers, 2 washing machines 4 large fridge freezers, extensive cupboards, crockery, pans, irons, ironing boards etc are all provided.. The kitchen has a communal dining area leading to a communal conservatory there is a large patio, a workshop / cycle shed and an area for the circular clothes line. Extensive off road & easy on road parking. Cul-De-sac. The property is not overlooked, in a quiet "executive area" on edge of St Johns.
Communal rooms are cleaned professionally every 7/10 days. Gas central heating. partially double glazed. freeview TV sockets & door answering phone system in all roooms. Additional communal downstairs toilet.
We have 7 bedrooms and 5 bath / shower rooms all with toilet & basin. Therefore there is a maximum of 2 people sharing washing facilities if you are in a room without its own ensuite.
