Beautiful bright rooms in a lovely house share

Students - we have a beautiful four-bed house that will be ready for you to move into from 1st September for the 2019-2020 academic year.

We are looking for four friendly and tidy students to share this gorgeous Victorian house.
The house is close to the St Johns shopping centre where you can shop for your delicious ingredients to cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

The cosy communal living room is the ideal place to unwind from your hard days work or to spend your evenings with friends. When the weather’s good, the rear garden is the place to be to entertain or to have a coffee (or tea) or maybe something stronger!
Have a great nights sleep in one of the three spacious double rooms, one with an en-suite, or the third generous single room.

The minimum stay is until 31st July 2020 so the four new house mates must see this house as a home to live in, not just a place to sleep.

You’ll know what you have left at the end of the month because all bills are included in the cost, gas, electric, water, fast fibre broadband, council tax, TV licence (in the communal room).
