Recently married young couple. We have had 3 lodgers now since we moved into our first home 3 . Having had great relationships with all 3 we are now looking for our 4th following our latest one moving back home after losing his job because of Covid
We are keen to find another now after pausing due to the pandemic. However we would ask that those interested have been sensible during this period and will follow guidelines after moving in.
We have a comfortable environment and we are really easy going and nice to be around. It is a good size room and well kept, ideal for a professional. It comes with sole use of the family bathroom as we have the en-suite in our room.

The property is well kept and has everything you will need. bills are all included in the rent- with the use of sky fibre Broadband and our sky sports and cinema package.

We are friendly and would like someone we get on with. You will have use of all the shared living space. including garden and garden furniture. We have a 2 year old Labrador that you will need to be comfortable with, his name is rocket, he is really playful and friendly and makes us laugh everyday.

Finally, Webheath is a great location close to Redditch and local amenities and next to some lovely country side,- Perfect for commuting to Bromsgrove, Worcester, Birmingham, Solihull and Stratford as we are 10 mins the M42.
