The house is a 2 bed mid terrace and is a 15 min walk to the city centre (also on the bus route). There are locals shops and a chemist, chip shop etc within a short walk.
I live with my 4 year old spaniel so you must be a dog person.
Short term lets would be ideal and whilst i'm very friendly and easy going I have a busy life and so someone who is quite independent would be best.
I am happy to be sociable but people looking for a party house might be disappointed!
