One Double room available in friendly shared house with live-in Land Lady and one a male lodger. We both work long hours and have a quiet homelife. Full-time employed required or student - no Home workers unless you're the hardy type who can cope with minimal heating on through the winter! To save money as well as energy!

The room, is a comfortable, sunny, double room with a double bed with storage drawers, large wardrobe with shelves, desk, chair and book shelf.

Also shared Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room. The bathroom has been recently modernised and has an over-the-bath shower. The kitchen has a wide array of cooking implements. There is a washing machine, large fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Shared garden also available with patio area, clothes line and greenhouse useful for dyring clothes! Bills and free Wi Fi included as long as gas and electric bills do not exceed winter averages.

The house is 20 mins walk from the Hospital and a half hour walk from town but is close to local bus—stops. There is off-road parking available. A small corner shop is a few minutes’ walk away and a Co-op a little further.. We are equidistant from 2 large Tescos and there is a waitrose nearby.

The landlady prefers natural cleaning products, which are all provided, and has chemical sensitivities so no strong perfumes, candles, detergent or bathroom products permitted.
A vegetarian is preferred or an omnivore who doesn't cook much meat at home is acceptable.
