Excellent location, easy 5-10 minute walk into city centre and Foregate Street railway station. House overlooks the Worcester-Birmingham canal, so pretty walks close at hand. Very quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife to see also.
The property has been refurbished and redecorated, with many period features remaining. Gas centrally heated with modern kitchen, utility and downstairs WC. House is large, but has a cosy feel. Fully fitted bathroom upstairs with shower cubicle and bath. Rear garden is enclosed and paved.
The room to let has a small double bed (new and very comfortable), wardrobe space, radio, alarm and Smart TV with Netflix included.
I take pride in keeping the house clean and tidy, therefore I am looking for a like minded professional (would consider a mature student) housemate who is relaxed and responsible.
Rent to include all bills, fibre broadband. Parking is on street. Regarding 'pets' I do have some relaxing tropical fish and 2 beautiful cats!
