Spacious double bedroom available from the 1st of January. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
-The room is available for long term renting.
-We are looking for a tidy and friendly person. Students are also accepted. No Couples
-Smoking, excessive drinking, partying and loud music listening is not permitted in the house.

THE LOCATION:
The area is very quiet and safe. There is a beautiful park just right next to the house, which is great for jogging or cycling.
-The house is located approximately 20 min walk to the city centre and 4 min by car.
-Lidl Supermarket and Medical Surgery are within 6 min walk.
-There are also regular buses to the city centre. The bus stop is located 3 min from the house.
-For those travelling to work/ school by train, there is a train station within 10 min walking distance.

THE ROOM:
The room is located on the second floor ( in the attic ) and is equipped with a desk, 4 storage units with drawers, big mirror, a bookshelf and double bed.

THE HOUSE:
Living room, kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub are located on the ground floor. There is a second bathroom on the first floor with a shower cabin. Room to dry your clothes and exercise is also available.

THE GARDEN:
In the back of the house, there is a small garden with a table and chairs where you can have your tea or read a book after a long day 😊

PARKING SPACE:
There is always a free space to park your car on the road. by the house.
