Hi there I’m looking for a Monday to Friday lodger. I've got a light and airy double bedroom available. It's in a five bed detached house with large garden and is in a lovely quiet residential area. It's relaxed and peaceful.

The bedroom includes a double bed with a quality mattress,. There' a wardrobe and I'm happy to supply bed linen, duvet and pillows.. A hairdryer and iron are also available.

This bedroom uses a large bathroom, a corner bath with shower and you'll share this with just one other person. There’s a large kitchen diner and the garden is a great space to chill in good weather.

I'm very near a tennis club, a park and just a few minutes from a leisure centre. It’s in a perfect position to enjoy walks along the river. It has easy access to the city and the surrounding countryside and it’s 10 mins from junction 6 of the M5.

Ideal for a professional seeking Monday to Friday accommodation. This could run from Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
It is single occupancy only.

No guest sleepovers
The rent includes all bills including wifi (subject to fair usage).
