The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, television and small fridge. All utility bills, Council tax and weekly cleaning are included. Bedding and towels can be provide for an additional cost of £40 per month.
The property is located in a quiet area of Warndon villages with on road parking outside the house. It is near to a bus stop and close to the M5 motorway junction, north of Worcester.
I am a live in Landlord with a busy life and looking for a tenant who needs a comfortable space to relax in.
I am a friendly person, but also one who needs some privacy and I am respectful of the privacy of others.
I would consider a Monday to Friday tenant and would adjust the rent accordingly.
