Double Room in Friendly House

We are looking for a young professional female to share our home. It is a lovely 2.5 bedroom house, with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.
The location is fantastic; a 5-minute walk to Shrub Hill Train station or 10 minutes into the centre of town/Foregate Street station. There is on-street parking available outside the property.

The room is a fully furnished double room in the converted attic and supplied with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk (perfect for WFH), storage cabinet, bedside table and a flat-screen TV. There is a well-furnished living space, dining room and a small study. We have a cleaner who visits every week, alongside a maintained garden with BBQ and seating area.

We are both young professionals, but Kris works away in the week and sometimes for extended periods. We would like a social person who doesn't mind a glass of wine after work.

We also have a very friendly cat, Anna 😊

We are social people and enjoy having friends over (within the COVID rules), cooking good food, using our pizza oven (even when it's snowing), playing board games, Kris is a keen cyclist and Abi enjoys crafting and any sport!

All bills, council tax, water, gas electricity, TV licence and broadband are included in the rent, and there are no hidden costs. The monthly rental figure is all you pay.
