Large double bedroom (3.9m x 3.4m + 1m alcove) in a bright, modern newly renovated apartment 15 mins walk from the city centre, 5 mins drive from J7 of the M5 and 15 mins walk from both Shrubhill and Foregate St stations.

The flat is fully furnished to a very high standard (except the rentable room). The fully fitted kitchen has grey gloss units and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, double oven and a microwave and includes pretty much everything you need.

The newly fitted bathroom includes a large shower, a heated towel rail and plenty of storage. The large living room is furnished with a breakfast bar again ideal for storage, with plenary of surface area for working or eating.

I am a 23 year old bar manager who works most evenings and weekends. I am a very tidy individual who takes huge pride in the flat. I am pretty outgoing most of the time, but can keep myself to myself if necessary.

I am looking for either a single person or a couple. The rent including all Bill's (electric, water, internet, council tax, tv license, a cleaner once a month and ground rent) would be £500 for a single person or £700 for a couple.
