Decent sized, furnished room in a 3-bed house. There's a cosy living room with a open gas fire and a dining room. A brand new, modern bathroom. A kitchen with all appliances and utensils, except a dishwasher! I am a 28yo working professional. I have a small dog named Barney. He's extremely friendly. I will be in the second bedroom and working from home in the smallest third room, which is my office during the week. I have been renovating the house the past few months. Whilst it's almost done, there are a few jobs like plastering, painting and general decorating that need doing. I aim to get these done asap. Its not unusual for me to be away at the weekends and sometimes for a week or more at a time so you can expect to have the house to yourself a reasonable amount. I do appreciate my own space but also will enjoy the company in the house. In the summer months the garden is ideal. I spend a lot of time outdoors. Growing veg etc. If you're into fitness, I have a few weights, pull up bar, and a bench etc... practically a little home gym! And there's a PS5 set up in the Living room. Netflix, etc.

Cleanliness is essential. Keeping the house tidy and being conscientious and respectful of each other.

There is a driveway which I park on with my small smart car. It's steep and not everyone would choose to drive down it! If that's the case, there is always free parking on the road, a few second walk away.

So while the room is technically available now, it's looking unlikely to organise a move-in date until into the new year now but I'll do my best to accommodate.

Location is on Lark Hill Road, Worcester, WR52EF within walking distance of Worcester city centre, 15 Minutes from Worcester train stations and right next to Perry Wood Nature Reserve. It's a quiet road with friendly neighbours.

Rent is £450pcm including bills. And deposit is one month's rent.
