Working professional required to join housemates in our high-end professional house share. The house is located close to the hospital and business parks in the north east of Worcester, between the two motorway junctions and the city centre. A bus stop is very close by, as is a 24 hour Tesco. The house has a lovely garden with raised decking. The kitchen has all the usual facilities plus a dishwasher and in the utility room there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge has a couple of sofas, to relax in front of the Tv after a hard day at work. The house has BT fibre broadband via the Infinity Hub.

I do not live in the house, you would be sharing with other professionals of similar age. They are friendly, sociable and would make you feel welcome. Both past and present housemates include Worcester Bosch staff, Npower Staff, Medical Staff, IT Professionals, BBC radio news reader, local radio DJ and many more. They are always working professionals, so no students.

The rent is inclusive of:

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and a Tv point.
