Quiet and tidy lodger in September.

I am 33 and I would be a quiet, tidy and friendly housemate or lodger.

I am working in central Brighton. I work in an escape room and also in schools and nurseries.
I really like dogs, cats and kids. I enjoy being outdoors and am a big reader.
I really want to live somewhere quiet and tidy. I have a girlfriend who lives in London and I would need it to be ok for her to visit at weekends sometimes. Although I'm quiet I am also friendly and happy to help about the house and share the odd meal or bottle of wine.
