Young Man on disability's for a room to Rent
Looking for a room or flat in Midlands. Looking to officially rent. In full receipt of Universal Credit disability benefits. Non smoker no pets, quiet young man in early thirties. Planning on going on to study computing with the new disable student support that's now available, but only once I have got used to living on my own again. Have lived in shared accom and on my own before but have spent most of my life with family due to my disability. My family are retiring and looking to move away so I'm searching for a new home.
They are homeowners and so can supply guarantor, I am in no rush, we would prefer to wait for something quality over something immediate.
I'd rather not go into the details of my disabilities for obvious reasons. Plus my support staff assure me I don't have to legally for working and renting.
