I am looking for a room to rent from late June to late September whilst I am working in Portsmouth over the summer. Must have all bills included in rent and preferably a double bed and a desk.
I am generally quite sociable with other flatmates but respect their privacy, and I make an effort to ensure that communal areas stay clean and tidy.
