Please let me introduce myself, my name is Imogen, I'm 36 years old and work as a programmer for a digital design agency.
I am looking for a room/studio that is within easy reach of Farringdon.
My budget is ?1,400 pcm INCLUSIVE OF ALL BILLS.
I am looking for a 12 month tenancy commencing on or around the 22nd June (although I could potentially move sooner if I found the PERFECT room - earliest move date is 25th May).
Ideally the room should be ensuite (or have access to an adjacent private bathroom) and allow for easy access to an outside space (I am a smoker but I only smoke outside, I NEVER smoke inside).
Also, a reliable/fast internet connection is a must (as a programmer I spend most of my life online).
