Male Leicester Uni PhD student

I am a Durham University Biomed graduate currently studying a Master's at Newcastle Uni. I will be starting my PhD at Uni of Leicester in September so am looking for a room/housemates to look for a house with!
I am an easy going, sociable guy who enjoys most sport and the occasional beverage after a tough day! I am very tidy so no worries about dirty washing left out. Looking ideally for equally tidy housemates who are also postgraduates or final year undergraduates. Also a bit of a gym freak so a gym buddy would be great! Male or female is fine but no older than 30, please!
