Quiet, room required en suite preferred
I am an early-retired English teacher (54) looking for quiet single or double accommodation in Scarborough.. I have been a home-owner for the last 30 years and have never been in arrears with mortgage payments or bills. Unfortunately I won't have rental references but I can provide personal references. I am of independent means and am looking for quiet accommodation. Fast broadband is essential. I am very good with all kinds of people and am well presented, clean and tidy. I respect other people's property as if it were my own. I would like to be able to practise my flute but can work that around others. I would not be bringing visitors to the house for extended periods or overnight. I have a nice personality and am a respectful person. I am currently living in Spalding but will be in Scarborough from 9th July pm to 12th July am for viewings. Other dates can be arranged but need to coincide with others because of travel requirements.
