Room wanted in Falmouth…Truro or Penryn

I am a 20 year old support worker who is ideally looking to rent a room in the Falmouth area. Ideally, I would like to live amongst working professionals or mature students (I may have just turned 20 however do like to have some peace and quiet haha) However happy to be in a quiet or more sociable house. Enjoy cooking and chilling out
. I am very easy going, reliable with rent and not some mad party animal, however do like to go to festivals and go out for a drink time to time. I do smoke however would not expect to smoke inside, and a minimalist drinker. Do like a pint or two . I am a very respectful, clean and tidy person. I will be at work majority of the week . I love my music however would keep it quiet of course, yoga and trying to get back into my fitness, so having a fair size space would be preferred:)

I would be ready to move out really be June/July- whenever we are able to do so really. :)
