Double room wanted - Ideally Clapham

Hi, I'm Tommy! These descriptions are always cringe but hear me out

I'm Irish, I work as an actuary in the City and I moved out of London last year to work remotely. I'm now moving back in mid July. I'll be working mostly from home with one or two days a week in the office. I'd ideally like a spacious room where I can have a large desk to work from and enough space to not feel claustrophobic.

I'm into a mixture of things: I like all kinds of music, clubs, bars etc. I'm into football, yoga, BJJ, photography, exercising, hikes. I love to eat out or cook in! A typical day for me would be to work from 9-6 and then relax in the evening by going to the gym, playing video games and cooking dinner before watching whatever series I'm binging that week. At the weekends I like to get exploring during the day and heading out out in the evening.

I'd like to move into a sociable flat with a mixture of guys and girls of roughly a similar age to me. I also like time to myself and respect other's who want the same! I'm still studying professional exams while working so sometimes I'll have to disappear into my room to study. I'm obviously LGBTQ+ friendly. I don't really mind if you smoke or have pets. I love dogs.

I'm flexible on move in date, but late July is the aim.
