Looking for a double room or buddy up

I'm a 45 year old, professional male. I require a double room but would prefer a buddy up on a whole property (2/3; bedroom house
/flat)
I've recently started a new career path that involves working from home and I will need some kind of "office" space. This makes a buddy up seem appealing (more choice of whole houses) anywhere between Bedford and St Albans would be considered. Ideal location would be Hitchin or close.
I'm looking for someone to share with that will be ok when I have my 6 year old boy come and stay with me most weekends. We would be out doing things mostly but he will be there overnight. He's the cutest, loveliest little dude in the world but he is autistic, so this must be considered. I will explain in more detail to any potential buddy.
I'm tidy and respectful. I wont be around much at weekends as I have a young son and various hobbies that occupy my free time. I don't mind who I share with as long as they're respectful. Looking to move ASAP. Thanks
